Andrew is one of Taylor & Scott Lawyer’s specialists in employment and industrial law.
Andrew has advised and represented employees and registered organisations throughout Australia in numerous court and tribunals including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Fair Work Australia and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
His clients have included senior project management executives, financial and banking sector executives, senior marketing executives, members of parliament and large national registered organisations.
Andrew has successfully represented clients in all areas of employment and industrial law including industrial torts, executive employment contracts, breach of contract disputes, restraint of trade, discrimination and civil prosecutions.
In addition to Employment and Industrial law Andrew regularly conducts judicial review litigation in the administrative law list of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and merits review applications to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal. As well as successfully litigating a number of disputes Andrew has negotiated a number of significant out of court settlements.
