What Is A Motor Vehicle?

In NSW a motor vehicle is defined as “a vehicle that is built to be propelled by a motor that forms part of the vehicle”. At the workplace, there are many examples of what may fall into the category of a motor vehicle e.g. a mobile crane, a motorised forklift, a Manitou, bulldozers, tractors, ride-on lawn mowers, cherry pickers, scissor lifts, earthmoving equipment, motorised golf cart, motorised ski sled.
