Our client worked for many years as a shop assistant for a large supermarket chain. She loved her work and enjoyed the social contact with fellow staff and shoppers alike. Having finished a long day at the supermarket, she was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident when a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction lost control and crashed into her car. She was rushed to hospital by ambulance, treated and eventually released. As a result of the accident, she suffered physical injuries to her neck, back and both arms.
