You can make an application for an Anti-Bullying order at the Fair Work Commission. There are also often  internal employment policies that your employer should be complying with. The Commission can make an order for bullying to stop, but in reality it has not made many of these orders. The Commission has no power to make any order for compensation.

Most often, parties resolve the bullying situation by agreement between themselves, or during conciliation or mediation after making an anti-bullying application.
