Our client was a keen cyclist who enjoyed riding his bike after work each day. On this particular afternoon, he set off for a long ride through the hills near his home. Nearing the end of his ride, a dog charged out onto the road and attempted to bite him. In an effort to avoid being bitten by the dog, our client fell from his bike.
